how can i grow taller?

hello i am 14 and my height is only 5 foot my family says tht i wont grow really tall. But i want to be like 5 foot 7 inches My mum is 5 foot and my dad is 5 foot and 10 inches. Its really hard coz i have got my periods and u dont grow tht much after starting puberty. If i do basketball and swimming (4 times a week for 1.5 hours) do u think i have chances of being tht tall 5 foot and 7 inches.
is there anything else i can do to grow taller. If not 5 foot 7 inches at least 5 foot 5 inches.

At 14 (F), it's highly unlikely that you will reach 5'7 unless your family has a late puberty history. Basketball and swimming four times a week for 1.5 hours is okay but just make sure you work hard during this period of time and not just laze around or something. Stretch before and after, this is important, and then leave everything else to ... hm, I don't know.

Diet wise, don't eat anyhow, try to eat healthily. Milk is something you might want to drink more often due to it having many nutrients that will prove useful for aiding growth (Though whether it actually makes you grow or not, no one knows for sure)

I wouldn't lie though, it's possible to still grow but lowering your goals at this point would be a good option. Perhaps, try for a 5'3 or 5'2 first and then take it onward from there.
